Individual and couples therapy.
You might be here because you feel stuck in the same patterns — in your relationships, your thoughts, or your feelings. You could be exhausted by overthinking, repeating the same arguments, feeling misunderstood, or carrying the impact of past experiences into your present life.
Anchor Point Practice offers a space to slow down, understand what’s happening underneath, and begin to relate in ways that feels calmer, clearer, and more secure.
About Laura (she/her)
PACFA Reg. Clinical
Laura is a strengths-based counsellor specialising in attachment, relationships, and repetitive behavioural patterns.
Relationships are central to our lives. They can be a source of connection and meaning, but also stress, confusion, conflict, and loss. This includes relationships with partners, family, friends, colleagues — and the relationship you have with yourself.
Laura works with individuals and couples who feel stuck in relational cycles, navigating anxiety, trauma history, interpersonal stress, or change. Together, you’ll explore the patterns underneath the surface, understand how they’ve formed, and begin to shift them in a way that feels steady and sustainable.
Her approach is grounded in creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, collaborative, and genuine. Laura supports you to heal attachment wounds, strengthen boundaries, build self-trust, and feel more confident in how you relate to others.
Her work centres around helping you develop what she calls an anchor point — a strong sense of self and relational clarity that you can carry with you beyond the therapy room.
